After re-building the famous computer that helped to break the German Codes during WW11 it is ready to do it all again.

Thanks for the tip, Nigel.

I've always been fascinated by the work that took place at Bletchley Park during the war. I recently read a very good book titled 'Seizing the Enigma. The Race to Break the German U-Boat Codes. 1939-1943' by David Kahn. Fascinating stuff. ;-)

Glad you appreciated the link Brian, it will be interesting to see the outcome when the tests have been completed.

Thanks Nigel - I too have always been fascinated by Bletchley Park, Ultra and Enigma. Read some books years ago but this must have been around the time things became de-classified so not a lot of details were available then. Now more information is available, I am in awe of what was accomplished so very long ago. I certainly get a kick out of telling the natives on this side of the pond that ENIAC was not the first computer - Colossus was!
