Agree Andy.. very nice :wink: Only one disappointing bit (and that's not the fault of the chap who made the vid).. when the chute was deployed, the nose started hopping :shock: Otherwise, lovely jubbly. Tks for posting :wink:

Although I not particularly a fan of high speed military aircraft,I love that clip.The music is superb.almost ethereal.Bloody hell must be the glass of vino getting to me. :redface: EricT

It uses reheat for most of the flight, especially at cruise. As the speed builds, more and more air is bypassed around the turbine portion of the engine, and it functions as more of a ramjet.

Normally I wouldn't expect to see so much reheat but this is no normal beast :smile:

I've found it to be quite lovely to fly. Landing has been an entirely different undertaking. I usually end up with a very large, very black lawn dart. :smile:
