There isn't one yet. The text on that page (it is in Portuguese) refers only to the history of the NAe Minas Gerais. It seems to be a preliminar page for a future model.

Sorry to read that you had 'no link.' I have just checked that address and got through OK!
Have not attempted download for there is nothing on that site for me.
