This topic has been debated before and while the 2D votes won out, a lot more ppl said positive things about VC's than previously.

Hi Joe

Something elese that seems quite clear is that the samller aircraft seem better for many people on the VC.

That would be lost to me as I only fly airliners but I can imaging a single seater would have a good all round view and still room for the panel.

It is some that has still to evolve fully so there is no real black and white on this.

Apologies to all those who slave over hot VCs on our behalf, but like others I find VCs fuzzy and too slow to pan round. Usually I'm looking for the throttle and end up colliding with the scenery before I find it - like I did earlier with Jens' delightful -84.

That said the 3D one on the Cristen Eagle is almost as good as a 2D one  - just as well as it ain't got a 2D one, or have I pressed S one time too many/few?

I got a 19" screen a while back, but that didn't make too much difference -apart from smart-ass comments from the HouseDragon about "Wow - never seen one so big, size really does matter".

I tell you what. I loved VC's before, but now even more since I have sped up the paning around action. Its so much more realistic when you can turn your head like a real pilot instead of turning your head like a creature from a Sinbad film.

For those that have not flown it, the default Jenny has the best
VC there is!!

Some times when switching views I forget which one I am in!!

I'll post a shot later!!
