I have not found water proof evidence, but looking at the design of the Jetstream 31s, the full "E" would not fit on the fuselage anyway, so it is apparently cut off as the pic posted by Garry suggests.

By the way, searching for a better pic, I have come across this EuroDirect special livery: http://flugzeugbilder.de/show.php?id=143711
Slightly OT but I couldn't help but titter at the name of that J31. Surely it should have been Surgical Spirit of Bournemouth given the average age of the population of that seaside retirement bolt-hole? Presumably it's also the only J31 built with an integrated on-board Stannah Stairlift?

Repaints all look nice, if no-one does the BA Blue Poole "dolphin" ATP I might have a go myself as I always liked that BA World Tail design, although if anyone else has plans I'll be happy to wait and see!

Hi Guys

Which is the correct colour ????????????? :dunno:

http://i407.photobucket.com/albums/pp15 ... rotail.jpg

The only referance i have is the photos, and feed back from fellow member of the forum.

With referance to the Mask Layer.

With mask layer enabled.

Without mask.

I think you may agree, with the mask layer enabled the overall affect looks better ( a used look).
positive feed back is always good and appreciated.

The colour you have to guage from the balance of the whole photo. Also check timetables or other publicity they usually give it away

As to the layer.....why a mask layer.????.... That;s what threw me  that is just a layer putting on detail and shading......it's not a mask :dunno:

Detail though does not make white go grey.. :worried:

Wanted to share this little gem with you found on a NZ forum:

Too bad the airline picked the ATR72 over the ATP.

Ssshhh, I don't think you are allowed to say that on CBFS :o

Mount Cook was a long time HS748 operator and the Budgie provided sterling service, including flights into extremely demanding airfields such as Aoraki on the South Island. So I guess BAe was really hoping to sell them some ATPs.

The demonstrator was G-BRLY (c/n 025). It spent nine months or so with BAe between first flight and delivery to BA, so I guess the picture dates from early 1991.

A NextJet repaint of the ATP has become available recently, so I thought it would be a good idea to update the list. Included in the download is a suggestion by the repainter for a sublte change to the FDE to turn the ATP from an extremely poor climber to just a very poor climber

The base pack is available at THE POND, at Simviation and Flightsim). The paint kit is also available at THE POND.

This is already available repaint-wise:

The BSMP base-pack comes with the following repaints:
- British Airways Union Flag
- British Midland
- Frist Flight (India)
- Magic Bird
- Sata Air Acores
- Sun Air Of Denmark (Union Flag)
- Air New Zealand (fictional)
- Vincent Aviation (fictional)

Third party repaints:
- Air Europa old c/s LINK to Simviation
- Air Europa new c/s LINK to Simviation
- Asian Spirit LINK to Flightsim
- British Airways Express "Landor" LINK to the POND
- Emerald Airways LINK to the POND
- Loganair link to the POND
- Nextjet LINK to Flightsim

Third party repaints apparently still (?) under development:
- Atlantic Airlines LINK to announcement
- West Air Sweden LINK to announcement

For the following British/Irish airlines operators there are so far no repaints available:

- British Aerospace
--- ATP prototype 1986 (picture)
--- Jetstream 61 prototype 1994 (picture)
- British Airways (BA & BRAL)
--- "Landor" British Airways (picture) * British Airways Express Landor is available - see above.
--- "Benyhone Tartan" (picture)
--- "Blue Poole" (picture)
--- "Rendezvous" (picture)
- British World Airlines (picture)
- Cityjet (picture)
- Eurodirect (picture)
- Manx Airlines
--- first (picture)
--- final (picture)
--- Manx/LAR hybrid (picture)
--- Manx/Loganair hybrid (picture)
- West Atlantic (picture)
