I think that given the limited number, we can stretch to one each

Peter...Eric, Den, Allan, Mick and PeteP came up with some inventive interpretations, which only goes to illustrate the similarities between different aircraft.
The pictures lacked clarity, having come from a 1940s recognition book.

p.s. just done a quick google search and there are load of photos of this plane. From the posted image I couldn't determine exactly what role the aircraft fulfilled and from there couldn't narrow my search.
Anyway, that's my excuse.
