I've been trying to work him out.

I gave up trying to work him out after about 5 seconds! He's the most unfunny person I've seen or heard in a long time. :sleepy:

Just a thought:- Isn't it amazing how quickly threads can go off-topic?

Yes Keith,

But maybe not so far in this case as I think Peter Kay comes from another planet!

Oh well, I guess its Northern thing with Peter Kay. He really is very popular in the North West of England.

Strange bunch us northern monkeys

That would be it Eddie.

All the stuff I have seen is Northern orientated.

I suppose if you know that way of life intimatetly then a variation of it can be funny.

But that would be lost on us

Its lost on me as well Garry. I find him very tedious.
When he eventually says something that gets a laugh, he repeats it four times. :dunno:

Jim Davidson usually makes me chuckle.

Lets see how many simultaneous threads can be kept going in one thread

Leif: Groundhogs and Strawbs - bit of a contrast.

Groundhogs were good but Strawbs a bit too folksy for my taste. BUT I did see them live in a pub - they originated from near where I lived in West London.

Garry: so where can we listen to some of your music? Not got a few MP3s for download?
