Good news is, I've gone back to FS9 for now. Whatever it's faults, it still works

I love those folk.. especially when I get a note on the doorstep saying 'Sorry you were out' (we're NEVER out)
I give our post lady some credit though.. she must be the fastest postie in Berkshire.. perhaps in the country. She can ring the doorbell.. I hear it from downstairs and am at the door within seconds.. and there's absolutely no sign of her
