Hi Guys,

These new repaints are looking very swish..infact better than the original jobs, don't forget that most of the paint jobs were carried out by Euro air services(EAS) at Perpignan, and believe me , they were not that good, all the best repaints were done at east midlands by a top class company, they left the hangar shining like a "shilling up a sweeps bottom", GAPES
was the first to carry the ABC scheme, that was in 1978 and painted by BA at LHR, they used a batch of old paint that wasn't any good for thier fleet, looked as if it was applied with a roller!!!

Robbie.

In the shots I've seen of OE.. particularly the BA (no cargo) forwarded by Garry.. she looked brand spanking new despite still carrying mostly FJ livery. PEGgy by comparison looks like she'd sat at Brooklands for 11years.. worse in fact  Taking me around 14hrs to get York AGSO from Gander to LHR so no work done on either ES or EG today (about 800nm to run) but I'll keep chipping away when I can ;-) PEG should have been straight forward until I realised the titles are too small and in the wrong place and PES is a whole new ballgame.. a complete repaint just about but I've made headway

If there are any others (eg.. RS/FJ) you fancy.. I'll add them to the list. As long as I have photographic evidence, any RS/FJ can be knocked up in short order ;-)

Tks mate

Though I was sure I'd selected grey nacelles.. they look too metalic in that shot so I need to change that (2min job). I can't see a red line on the nose gear doors in the shot I'm using and am not sure whether to put one in. This and darkening the doors themselves is just about all that has to be done now ;-)

I think the red line is pretty standard and should be OK to use the one on the layer

Hello mate..

Yes.. only thing is, I used the BA kit for ES and the line is white. It's there.. just can't be seen  Agree it was a standard and should be there ;-)

I think she looks too dirty to be honest.. despite turning the dirt down. Must be the all-white fuse that's causing it. We'll see :)

Hi Mate

Select the white and use fill to make it red :)

Or import a layer form a red paint....open the other doc select the layer and drag it into the Hunting PSD
