Yup,that's why this scene is NOT at Hereford..
Just been looking at that screeny again, since there are no roads anywhere near that plane how did it get there ? there seems no obvious purpose for it there, did it force land there ? no evidence of ground scrape or tree damage anyone got firm ideas of what it is. A mystery ?.
Yes, thought so too and hit the PrintScreen when it passed beneath my wings. Bit dissapointed in you guys not being able to indentity this remarkable landmark ( just kidding

) Ok, so here is its exact location : N51* 9.47' W0* 19.28' . Couple miles west of Gatwick

Don't think so, Dave, as you can see in the 'close-up' piccie above there's evidence of bits that have come off (starboard engine ?) starboard hstab/elev. Shadow can also be seen and even scrapes ?....
Remarkable, isn't it

There is nothing on Google earth at that point and the fields don't match
Perhaps that aircraft appears in other locations as part of repeated scenary?

There used to be a 747 somewhere north of Guildford passing the A3 too! I am not sure if it has made it into the Horizon stuff.
