work Aertearass's DC4 every Saturday night bringing in The Irish Post

oh yes and whle Im here - I cant claim Concorde but I can claim the

No mate. I think Leif got it in one.
The aircraft had to have the seats removed at Manch before the newsprint was loaded. The carpets were still in place, and a roll of plain paper was laid on the floor, to stop the newsprint getting on the carpets.(Which I think were red.)
A lot of water has gone under the bridge since those days...........accompanied by a dram or two. :lol:

There were no pax Vanguards at East Midlands and none in the UK by then.
