TBH Nigel, they are already high, albeit, with DX11, but they are using TAA and ultra for most settings.
Tonight I flew to Winnipeg, and this time I tried this...
https://www.fslivetrafficliveries.com/
I'd often looked at the AIG traffic, but thought it looked a bit complex tbh. Now I can't compare this one with AIG, but its very good; marries up exactly with FR24 and I had no frame rate hit that I could see. It was great hearing the default ATC calling a real aircraft that could see in FR24 in the sim.
I was a bit nervous that the additional "online" feed might cause some sort of crash, but again, nothing to worry about. because you disable the in sim live traffic and let this utility inject it, it seems that the decoupling of the traffic feed from the sim itself actually reduced any slight stutters that I had before.

So Winnipeg tonight...

A bit foggy in Abbotsford tonight, and while I could hear the ATC calling the new live traffic, I couldn't see a thing, but they were there in LNM.
the views were simply stunning as we left Western Canada behind...
Pelican lake below which I'm assuming is a dam.
On finals RW31. I decided to hand fly her in on this occasion as the visibility was great.
pulled up along side a couple of Westjet aircraft and I'm not sure what the other one is.

Great images and a great journey to undertake Ben! Just curious, but is it just me that's seeing strange colour bands on most of the images?

Hi Jelle,
I’m now seeing them on my phone too. I had to apply an update to the lightbox image processor last week, I’m wonder if its causing an issue with existing images.
I’ll take a look into it when i get home from work.
[EDIT]
Yes, it looks like anything posted after the update is fine, but those posted before the update all have the strange bands / filter. I've tried purging the cache, but that hasn't worked, so I'll contact the guy who writes the image processor and see if he has any suggestions.

It seems it wasn't cause by LightBox (according to the guy who wrote the extension). It seems something else has cause the corruption. I no longer have the originals either unfortunately

That is annoying, but unfortunately part of life I guess. I did notice that the anomalies resembled corrupted JPGs, but they're all very small anomalies as normally you would lose part or all of the image. It appears to be restricted to the colour channels. I don't know how these images are stored, can you go back in your database or hosting backups perhaps? I guess that's the only possible lead if you don't have the originals anymore.
Still... great shots!

Hi Jelle,
They’re just flat files, only a pointer to the file location. I might see if they’re in the backup. Or I might fly it again
[EDIT]
Sussed it out. The backup is the problem. When I had to rebuild the server last month, I downloaded the entire webserver as a file backup up, and it seems that these became corrupted
