Ben - i wholeheartedly agree with you.....I took it up with AS and am now an invited beta tester......Michael really doesn't deserve that sort of critiscism....

This was written while Ben was posting..but I want to say it anyway
Sorry about this Michael
I think most of us are aware of your stand on these matters
Neither supporting bad product or indeed tollerating unfair or udue critism.
You have stood for reason and reality whever that lies and I hold you coments on matters in high regard.
I was concerned right at the beginning this may turn into another one of 'those thread' lets hope it get back to reasonable judgement based upon fact.

Re: Heads Up : Alphasim Jaguar
I've no objection to critcism personal or generic, my only requiem is that they do there home work before the stiletto the victim.
I'll take it on the chin if it is something I did or have control over, if not I'll get as hot under the collar as anyone else.
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
From here on in I ( Michael Davies ) will have no public association with Alphasim, there prices or products on this forum from this moment in time forward. This seems to be the only way I can co-exist here.
Best

Re: Heads Up : Alphasim Jaguar
I have been thought of as a bit critical (of products only) in the past, but as Ben said, those sort of comments have no place here. In a mad bad virtual world, this is somewhere we all try to be polite and decent.
Any member of the AS team (past or present) is welcome here as (whether for profit or enjoyment) they are truly enthusiasts for the aircraft we all love and the hobby that is so dear to us.
Payware is not obligatory, if you do want to pay for it, no one will die or even get hurt. Throwing comments around like those seen earlier in this thread does hurt!
Lets get back on track with this thread, many will buy it, many not......it is up to you, not the developers to decide which.

Oops.
Legion has gone chaps. Not least of all becasue I actually now think he was banned before. I am appologising as I didn't mean to delete his posts. The new user interface in phpBB 3.0 is different and I cocked up, so appologies as things may seem out of context.
Anyway. I'm unlocking the thread now so we can have a sensible chat about the Jag.
Cheers Guys and Gals
