Is anyone else thinking that this could be one hell of a game and even end up with Argentina becoming victors?
Yes. Could be the game of the tournament...
Its a shame because they should have done so much better against an Argintiean one trick pony.
Argentina a one trick pony? They have one of the top 4 packs in world rugby, and a back division containing some of the most talented players in the past 5 years (Pichot, Hernandez (the best full back in Europe, playing at 10, and with footballing gifts on a par with Geordan Murphy), Contepomi (F), and a very respectable back 3 and outside centre, t'other Contepomi). They also have one of the best habits around - winning tight matches. Ok, they like the Garryowen, but with the success they've been having with it, they;d need their heads examined if they didn't use it (although admittedly it wasn't as effective last night. :)

They were average in the pack last night... The one try they did get was gift to them by Scotland and I really think they look very average. When you consider that Scotland couldn't hold the ball Argentina had a poor game.... and as we all know, having a team of individuals won't win games. ;-)

I think they've had a good run, but I'd say they are very beatable. :worried:

The mark of a good team though, average, but they still won...
and as we all know, having a team of individuals won't win games. ;-)
That's no way to talk about Dan Parks, Chris Paterson and the Lamont brothers! :fart: :doho: :) :bandit:

I couldn't agree more, but as we got dumped out in the group round I can't really talk. :$

At least it means if England beat France, they should have a straight forward final. ;-)

Well as a dual citizen I'm feeling double the pain with Scotland going down as well :-( :-(
silly game... The debate here is whether or not to bring back hanging for coaches and administrators but there's no point in that, simplest thing is for all the coaches that will get the boot to be swapped with other countries   .
What says the most about this tournament is that here, now the two most frequently used words are brand & market.

How very sad - Mr Barnes (the ref, not the commentator) really is being made into the NZ's scapegoat. Good to see he's been well defended though:

I wish they'd face it, the pass was very slightly forward, and McAllister's yello card was perfectly justified. If NZ are so good that no one's allowed to beat them, shall we scrap the RWC?
