Ian
I wish you all the very best.
Can't really think of much else to say at the moment.
Good luck, I'll be thinking of you and yours.

Well mate, I feel like a chorus of 'always look on the bright side of life' because that's the way you are, but I'm very saddened. Its been a joy to have known you in our virtual escape from reality. Wishing you all the best, whatever that may be.
Ben.

I can only agree 100% with Dave's post, but sadly, I have never had the pleasure of meeting you. Perhaps when you get out of hospital.

Ian, I can only reiterate Jon's message.

Nothing more that I can add Ian but I sincerely hope that this is just a short-term blip and you'll get to join in the fun for a while longer at least. Whatever happens your obvious courage and positive philosophy have been extraordinary; I don't know how it helped you but it certainly made what is an often very difficult subject much easier on the rest of us.
It has been a privilege to have known you, albeit if only via this forum, and the place won't be the same without you.
All the best Ian.

Oh dear Ian.I can't express my feelings any better than has already been said here.I was hoping that maybe we could have got that chance to meet up in Glasgow or Edinburgh.Hopefully that may still happen.Your courage throughout your suffering has drawn admiration from all of us here.I don't think that I could be as brave or as stoic as you.Thinking of you as always Ian.
