I presume its a lightweight Alpha made out of Kevlar? They were just starting to issue Alpha's to the Fast Jet boys when I left the IAM at Farnboro.

I think it is Keith, it's certainly made from some of composite, it's black so may well actually be Carbon Fibre. It's only a loan one for the duration of the course until I get a personal issue so I don't have the box or anything.
Gets used in anger for the first time tomorrow

Here's a new one to paint Dave (a world exclusive!) The National Police Air Service spare EC135 G-SURY is the first with the new NPAS logo on the door. All force crests are being replaced so that the aircraft can be rotated through bases as and when they are offline for maintenance. Eventually it will be rolled out to the whole fleet, although they will likely have the same base paint scheme, with the subtle differences, as the original owners had.
