There are quite a few very good aircraft out there in flight sim land. for me the pinacle would be the comet. The main jet i flew within cbfs / flynet in the early days. AHH! those were the days.
second would be the BAC1-11. as for turbo prop, Argosy then 748 and finally for the piston prop. wait for it, sorry chaps but for fs9 only , it was the DC3.

If Ruskin Airways could use them on the BBC many monns ago then i can in FS9.

I just wonder if anyone out there can still remember that series on the telly. i think in the early 80's. all his aircraft were the beloved DC3. Well the MAAM does have a nice rendition of a british outfit. surley that counts.

Ahhhhhhhhhh yes

Used fictitious G-AGHY an G-AGIV  ?

There was going to be another series with the L-749 Connie N7777G

But it was too corroded and it ended up with the Science Museum where is still is

The Dak...trying to remember .I think it might have been G-BHUB. and also G-DAKS .they were Aces High Daks.

Quite liked his girlfriend...Polly Hemingway (I think)

I'd go for either the Britannia or the Rapide. Neither of them are in the poll, but they are the only classic British airliners I've flown in, in real life.

Had to be the 10. But the 121 was a very close second

I voted for the 1-11 as its the only classic british aircraft i have flown in.

Fortunately for me all my other flights have been in aircraft you could consider classics:1-11,tristar,two versions of the 707 and the 737-200,not bad considering my first ever flight was in 1995.

No no no, you can't miss off the Viscount. :k:
That could have pushed for first place.

My favourite changes with time.
I probably voted for the best looking one last time.
