Indeed

The word "Free" in freeware helped me to decide too though.

Yip, and indeed, the harrier is FREE. ask my club members. Have i charged them to download the harrier? I recal DaveB joined over a year ago, does he have to pay to download the harrier. He paid to join the UKMIL club. the payment is to join, not to purchase aircraft. One of the benefits, is that they get to PREVIEW releases before they are RELEASED as freeware. they act as the UKMIL Beta team, and find problems, before they are uploaded to the masses.

Sounds just like the system I use by uploading to my own site first, except that I dont make people pay for the privilage, and guess what.. they can download the files as fast as they like, no limts! Fancy that!
Either way... gonna shut up before the powers that be give me slapped wrists for goin off topic

Odd behaviour?
Has anyone tried an IFR flight? I started out from Dishforth to RAF Driffied I am playing with, was directed out over Blackpool, IOM, well on the way to Ireland when radar services were terminated.
In case it was something to do with my Driffield set up, I departed Dishforth for Kinloss. All going well until I was past EGPH, then - turn left and way past Carlisle - radar services terminated.
Then tried both flights in the Gnat - no problems - safe if hard let down

both times.
Is it something peculiar to the Harrier or something I am buggering up?

I dont see a problem with paying a minor fee of £5.00 for lifetime membership to the UKMIL club, thats the cost of what, 2 McDonalds Happy Meals? and then they would cost more than a fiver
Benefits of the club:-
Get ALL UKMIL downloads at least 7 days before general Freeware release
Unrestricted download speed [upto server limit]
Many exclusive only downloads, not released as freeware
Exclusive use of our online FS server, and Teamspeak server
Premium support from the UKMIL Staff
All for a fiver, you cant grumble surely? ive wasted more than a fiver for flightsim products and never used them again cos they was utter rubbish, least i have a happy UKMIL Club to be with for life to use.
Im well happy with all the help i get from within UKMIL, requests etc and its a nice little community and i recommend many others to use and join it.
You might say yes its freeware and your paying a fiver for it, i dont and im sure others within the club dont see it as that, if it was £100 then it might be a little different but a fiver....i say its not worth arguing over it

Maybe I just dont like paying for something that, in the most, I can provide for myself better anyway. (excpetion being new models)

All to there own Andy i say, personally id pay you a fiver if you did the same thing as UKMIL does, reason being i see it more of a donation of all the hard work you guys put in to give us flightsimmers a better sim, but thats me personally
