I'm a biker and it really annoys me when people say they go 160mph + :tuttut:

My brother is also a biker and a paramedic. He carries photos round with him of a car that pulled out infront of a bike that was doing 80mph. It isnt nice at all. :crying:

whilst driving US, a silly arse stopped me dead at an intersection ( cross roads ). it was my only time a load shifted on me, it would have to be the 45,000lb acid load in 45gal plastic barrels. i was lucky none of the barrels burst, but my in cab weigh machine shot from the correct weight for me to travel on US roads to overweight.
i had to return to the customer and have the load taken off and checked, then reloaded - 3 damaged barrels. as we are paid by the mile not by hour. i lost a few hours wages for the action of mindless car driver.
frontera, that brings back some memories. i had a nissan torrano, ford maveric. i had previous a landrover series 3 long wheel base x RAF i ton with high speed diff's and overdrive. there is only one off roader that's stonefield, much better than landrover.
