Yes, I think it was one of the liveries that came with the package.

Paul, some very good screenshots you have taken but have to say my favourite is of the Vulcan, a forbidding sight against the background. It is hard to believe it was 50 years ago when I used to refuel them. Looking forward to flying it in MS2024!!

There was a You Tube Video of the Vulcan being prepared for a flight to Cyprus from RAF Waddington and how many service personnel it took to get it there, one shot was of the RAF Driver going to fuel it up after it had been towed to the dispersal. For a flight of that distance there would have been three tankers there with No 2 and 3 connecting to the first tanker whilst the first connected to the Vulcan by the ground crew. When I used to do it I had to connect up myself first putting the anti static clip to the front gear then holding the heavy hose I stood on the main landing gear to reach up and connect the hose to the refuelling inlet before pushing the clip to pressurize before going back to the tanker and start the refuel. Once when doing this I suddenly realized that I had not cracked open the top lid which meant that no air was replacing where the fuel had been, dashed up the ladder unscrewed the lid and boy, it took all of my strength to ease it open slightly before the loud gush of air went inside. If I had not done that I would have had a terrible time explaining to my sergeant how the tanker body had crumbled inwards!! :hide:

Regards
Nigel.

Cheers Nigel - yes, I like that Vulcan one, though the tarmac looks a little too uneven and crumbly for it to pass inspection at RAF airfield. Glad you remembered to unscrew your bowser's lid - as the Colonials would say, that could have 'sucked'.

Cheers Dave - I liked all the matching colour schemes, with the red tails.

Still using MSFS2020, so the "goodbye" is on its second curtain call. This is FS20, using the new Nvidia driver 572.16, DLSS4 and preset J in the Nvidia app. Don't ask me what all this means, or whether it was necessary to use DLSS Swapper with the new Nvidia driver - I am just a follower of fashion. However, I will say that DLSS Super Resolution has never looked so sharp - almost TAA level ( equal, maybe! )
