Time to stop mucking us about, Brian!
As they sometimes chant at the "Summernats" in Canberra: Show us your bits!*
(When you've stuck some together, that is.)
*Well, it SOUNDS something like that!
Show us your bits, eh?

I think I'll reveal my Saturn V bits one stage at a time.

Once I complete each stage I'll post a couple of pics of that stage. Until that happy day when the first stage of the Saturn V is complete, I'll show you the contents of the box. And as a bonus I'll show you the project manager of the build...Jose Jimenez, himself! You can thank Joe for the "Jose Jimenez" bit.
Here are the contents of the box. Twelve bags of Lego goodies, and a very nice construction manual. Jose Jimenez mini figure not included.
Here's a look at the first page of the construction manual. Nice!
And here is the Lego mini figure who will supervise the build, "Jose Jimenez" himself. (seen in his non-astronaut outfit)
Next stop...the completion of the first stage of the Saturn V.

I can almost hear Jose singing 'A Space Oddity ' from here. Looking forward to the progress shots, Brian.

While construction continues on the Saturn V, Jose Jimenez (aka Major Juan) takes time out for his official astronaut photograph.

Stage 1, and its interstage ring, are complete!

Six of the twelve bags of Lego bits were used just to get this far.

Jose Jimenez (aka Major Juan) appears impressed.
