Virtavia Neptune for FSX

If you have the Virtavia Neptune (for FSX) you will need the files I linked to above.

If you have the Alphasim Neptune (like me) you will need this zip file instead:

Different texturing format (no shared folders) and all bmp files. However, the Alpha ones only include the first two paints - Coastal Command and the blue RAF one. DaveB's favourite (the training scheme) isn't available for it

I actually find that the FS9/alpha Neptune works perfectly well in FSX.

Okay, Dennis, I've never been that skilled with a virtual paintbrush - but I thought you might like this:









I know it's not great - I couldn't find the right kind of outline font for the fuselage number, either, and in the end had to cut it from the picture you posted and then resize and fiddle until it fit reasonably well. I hope you like it, anyway, for a quick job

Oh, I forgot - it's for the Alphasim Neptune and I don't know if it will work in the Virtavia one or not. Hope it works, in any case.

Thank you very much John. I do indeed have the Virtavia model. I have downloaded both files, but not yet installed them. When I do, I'll let you know what the results are.

The textures installed with no problem, and look good externally. However, I can't see out through the cockpit glass. I think I know the answer.
