Shouldn't be any problems with the UK2000 stuff (That is his current product for FSX, not the old FS parts 1 - The file I sent you last nightworks as expected with this product set.
I keep finding that UK2000 Afcads and others have non connected nodes

Using the ADE to check the AFCADs has a very good error checking, and that would quickly tell you if you have disconnected nodes...
Is should be illegal to release an afcad without running it through an error check first ...! At least to confirm that any disconnected nodes are on purpose and not accidental

Check the wingspan value in the plane's aircraft.cfg file. The parking spots there must have a radius greater than half of that value or they won't park there.
