I get this sometimes when I'm behind a proxy or on my mobile, just another oddity with this release of phpBB

I'm not sure what that could be. I've had it once since the phpbb update but not since Ben reset the forum permissions. The 'banned from forum' message isn't the same and there's little we can do to stop it without relaxing forum security which we dare not do for obvious reasons.
