Well I got both the 757 Pro pack and the freighter expansion for Fs9. Quite a good deal at £19.00.

That was until I flew it, ok so its good, but in no way would it have been worth the original £60 for the pro pack. My Level D 767 is far, far better, runs faster, and the systems work properly. Still is quite a well detailed and nice looking plane so for the price I paid it im happy enough.

As a side question, has anyone got the CS757 autopilot to work properly, cause mine doesn't. In fact the only way I can get the generators to come online so far is to do the start up in the level d 767 and then transfer across. If I try to cold start the CS757 then no matter what button I press, the generators refuse to come online, and the INS only aligns itself 1 out of every 5 trys.

In Conclusion, good deal price, glad I didn't pay anymore (Advance apologies to anyone who might have bought this when it first came out at full price)

/Rant

James

I wrote down my order number on a free piece of paper with a 10 pence Bic biro, and typed it in during installation. I then put that piece of paper somewhere safe, with another piece of paper telling me where the safe place is.

Seriously, whats the advantage of it ?
None what so ever.

I have in the past changed computers and lost the order number for a particular plane for Captainsim. One automated email later and every order number for every product I have ever owned arrives in an email.

Bic biro? ......why that's one of my favs, .....had a clic , wrote over a million dollars in sales with that pen... before the clicker broke
. I would have kept using it, but I got tired of scrubbing off ink stripes above my breast pocket.

... :dunno: well, ..I won't wear a protector man....

Ianhind , thanks again, :)

7 minutes to go and I have realised that I bought all the FS9 packs that I wanted last year - but also realised that I haven't used any yet :-(

Right, well, I'm offering a cheaper alternative. If anyone wants me to remember their registration keys, just email them to me and I'll hang on to them for TWO years, at three quid a pop. Can't say fairer than that.

Okay, a fortnight has passed now and I can't keep it in any longer... I hope I'll get a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to cry on here. I am ABSOLUTELY, TRULY GUTTED to have missed the C-130 in the Captain Sim £10 sale on Dec 29th. :-( I was specifically holding out for just such an event for months and months... then ended up missing it. :-( I can't stretch to either the full price, the current sale price, or the Just Flight DVD price on Amazon... £10 would have been just the ticket!

I guess this is a fairly pointless post... but I just have to express myself! :-(

However, if anyone ever hears of such a sale occurring again pleeeeeaaaase lemme know ;-) There is always hope, I guess...

Andy

I missed it myself. I had gotten their email about it the week before but was traveling that day and couldn't get a reliable connection in the airports. When I did the server was too busy to even send down the page. And by the time I got home the sale was over. Bummer. :brick:
