I can remember being at airshows and watching Islanders and Trislanders doing loops and rolls on one engine.

I just hope they get the sound right, I flew on a few when I was in Saint Martin. Really is a unique sound

Thanks Dave
It's such a change from the 'old days' when I was buying Alphasim stuff what seemed almost monthly, with their appropriately priced and specified product. Nowadays with the low frequency releases and the total lack of community spirit (no forum) I struggle to keep them front of min. Ho hum
Kind regards
John

This looks very nice, as far as Im aware there hasn't been a decent Islander for flightsim for a while.
Depending on price I may well buy this, I quite like this little plane.

The last decent one was Marcel Kuhnt's I guess, not at all a bad model + fully functional VC, the only thing that irritated me was the complex installation prodecure.

I dunno about the last decent one Ben.. I think Marcel's was the last one full stop and certainly the only one for FS9. He didn't do too well with the texture map and the FSAviator FD leaves more than a lot to be desired  Still.. if you want one, it doesn't leave you much choice
