Classic British Flight Sim

Agreed with James - my MB is very much at the budget end of things but still supports overclocking the CPU and memory through built-in and semi automated parameters. Currently I'm running a Q6600 at 3.24Ghz and 800mhz RAM at 900Mhz all with stock coolers and the MB handling voltage settings. You may find that PC1 won't support overclocking either easily or at all and if that is the case then the slower core of the Q6600 would be a problem.

Re the monitor, probably not wise to go above 22" as the resolution will still be nicely supported by the 9800GT, anything much above that and it might struggle with games that make heavy use of the cards capabilities.
