Thank god I didn't get far into my paint before seeing that!
Better think of a different scheme to work on...

Hi UKMIL
I didn't paint that one as i cannot get the roundel large enough on the underside.
i didn't allow for the size of the roundel when i mapped the wings.
as the real one didn't exist and there was no need to edge to edge.
if you or whoever is painting it make the roundel slightly smaller it will just work.
it's also the livery i hate the most in real life as it lacks any imagination at all by the designer

The real one's in the hangar at the moment being serviced, it truly is a Puke Scheme....... Looks like it caught it whilst flying through a roundel riddled valley & caught one with the fin.....
I thought they'd hit rock bottom with the Yellow flamed nose one, but they keep churning out the Sh*t schemes......lol.
Thankfully they saved face with the very elegant looking Spit Camo scheme, which looks awesome in the flesh

The worst bits are the serial and Royal Air Force text. Why do they feel the need to break the lines/stripes? First the Reds' scheme and now this one. :brick:

I think it's because they want to make liveries different to how they have been before
Since all the sensible options have been done, to break away from that will almost certainly produce something silly and in many ways wrong looking.
It's the result not of evolution, but changing something for the sake of it.

I think they're too full of their own percieved greatness to see that. ;-)
It's like a food of drink with a new 'improved' flavour...........in who's opinion???? :@
If you baught it it was because you liked it....now they change it so now you don't like it. :brick: :brick:
Againg fiddling for the sake of it :fart:
