Hi Guys

there is a BA Repaint on Avsim (only union flag) http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=118003 you need to have an Avsim login setup for this link to work!

but thats what i have

Paintkit is available on initial linked site.

If you do a redtail i have titles and correct colours logged in RGB etc & Landor

Regards
Rick

Hi Mate

Sent you one back (e mail not PM) sorry :$

took a while as i forgot to note the correct font names and had to refind them for you :$

And which Reg's are right for Red Tail 83-84 "British" titles only B757-236's

Basically G-BIKA to BIKL in that batch as far as i can remember all named after Castles in the UK & Ireland.

i know that A to H where definately in RedTail but not sure if I to L went straight to Landor by the time they where delivered

Data sent in PSD format

Regards
Rick

Hi Rike

Just a note

There was no G-BIKE....that had been issued out of sequnce earlier.

I think most if not all the G-BIK's were in red tail

Hi Garry

Yes i thought some where already used but not got my 757 book any longer :$

I flew on 5 Red Tail 752's and have a soft spot for this one.

BIKA,BIKB,BIKC,BIKF & BIKH

it's the only Boeing other than the 747SP that does the business for me shape wise.

it just looks Elegant from ever angle to me.

And onboard it sounded just like the L1011 which i also love to bits.

Regards
Rick

Just looking at delivery date they should have been red tail up to V at least....the other G-BIK's are right in the change zone  :dunno:

Out of sequence issues.......something that should never have been allowed.... realy muck up future reg runs

That was the reason there was no G-BGDM in the 737's

It also happed in the fifties where BEA BOAC wanted consecutive fleets .G-APD (Comet), G-APE (Vanguard) and G-APF (Boeing 707) but a Turbi had been given the advanced reg of G-APFA meaning the 707 started at B :@

Pretty sure KV was the last red tail. Can't remember all of the Castles, but pretty sure it was Windsor or Antrim I flew on.

Just tried out this Quality wings aircraft. Baring in mind its a early beta, with no panel and an early FDE, its an excellent visual model and with almost 30FPS, albeit theres no VC in this one which (if its an FS9 model) would add to the load. I'll be keeping an eye on this one. Brilliant work so far.

Noting that some of you will (should be) in possession of the BEA Tech Pub 516-1.. I have access to a BA version for the 757 :cpu:

I have the CS FS9 version (cheap so bought it) but don't fly it. Doesn't work for me like the Tristar does but it's the closest 'modern' model I have :)
