he's even been interfering with Rory Kelly’s helicopter's, which I think is a definitely a No No, hope somebody is looking after his interests (Rory Kelly’s,) he should RTFM or in this case eula

He calls himself FS.X Wayne and I thing he thinks he's God's gift to FS.
All he is doing is stealing other folks stuff.
