I know of a couple dozen developers who have "no FSPlanet" clauses in their readmes, including HJG and AFG. SGA & Vistaliners have that clause as well after Ferdy decided to upload all of the base packs that were clearly labelled "Exclusive to Flightsim.com" and was what caused Nels to change is software at Flightsim.com so that those who were uploading to FSPlanet could no longer get files from Flightsim.com as they were not only uploading the files to FSPlanet servers, but they were stealing bandwidth from Flightsim.com in the process by piggybacking any "excess" download requests onto the Flightsim.com download through some really ingenious code.

BTW, under international law, any action against FSPlanet would be taken in the country that the owner of the service lives in. Where the DNS server or host server is located is immaterial to any civil or criminal action that one might wish to persue. The only reason that anyone has been unable to get at FSPlanet in the past is because the Spanish government has been unwilling to file charges against the owner for copyright infringement. Nels tried to file charges as did at least one other and both times the requests were denied.
