Got it in 4 but not given the option to share the results. Instead was the chance to set up a free account which I won’t do so I’ll see what happens tomorrow. I

Hi Ben, yes that’s right I didn’t get that option. I use my ipad for Wordle than my iphone as I prefer the larger screen.

Eric, please try sliding down the page, or pushing it up, whichever way you look at it.
Since they poked in that bit about setting up an account, it's off the bottom of my screen, and I have to go down to it.

Thanks Mike I tend to use the pad in ‘landscape’ format mostly but it needed to be in ‘portrait’ mode.

Came really close to missing today as there were still about four good words in my brain after as I entered #6.

I see the end screen is different, with an option to:

NEW
Link your stats to a free New York Times account.
Your stats and streak will save wherever you play.

Plus a link to other games.

When the NYT purchased wordle I they said it would be free for a while, they are finally starting to make steps to try to get it into the fold of there other games.

I pressed the link to my account and my email address appeared and then the share tab appeared. Wonder how long it will remain free or how much spam that will appear in my email. I don't have an account with the NY Times that I know about!
