Wow, that one very nice 1-11. If I every come into the sort of money needed for an executive jet I want one like that!!

Bit of a cross wind when she arrived??? and when did they fit 1-11s with reheat??? (see the last photo in the group) and before ANYONE states the
obvious yes I know its a yellow and orange sign behind the bloody thing

Am I right that there are still two BAC1-11 flying for the MOD at Boscombe down?

I know of at least one still flying with the RAF at Boscombe, apparently the aircraft, because they are assigned to the RAF are exempt noise regulations.

There are three flying in the UK as far as I know

ZE432, ZE433 and that ex BA 500 whose identity escapes me off hand.

The 400's were not fitted with hush kits for a long time as there were exempt as Nigel says

Not that the Hush kits made any difference on the airport. They reduced the footprint but the noise on takeoff was still above the ears capability so no change.

I spent a day in Jersey mid eighties when about half the One-Elevens visiting that day had HK.

We tried to tell the difference but couldn't..not in those conditions
