We trust you 100% Neil.
I was trying to tell Ben that it shouldn't have RR's. (Hadn't seen your post)

I was only wondering why Tridents didn't have RR on the engines.
Now I've had a look, BEA & red tail BA 1-11s didn't have them either, it was all the other 1-11s that did - so that kind of explains it.

Sorry, I didn't mean it like you read it.

Possibly an optional extra.. that you have to pay for or pay for to have removed 'ala' BMW

No.. a 'Grand Day Out' was had. Many tks for the invite  The only downer was missing Jonesey who I swear must have seen us but must have been struck by stage fright. No need as we all stand up to wee and sit down to do the other  Wish I'd have taken up the offer to change in the DC10 nose section too. At least we'd have got to see inside it

Wonderful photographs especially of Peter sat in his one time office, you can almost see from his face he is saying "Don't you dare ask me to move from this seat"!

Only very sorry that I could not come, would have been great to meet up with all of you. Never mind, there will be other opportunities I hope.

Regards Nigel.
