This happens to me when I leave the aircraft at a standstill for a long time - it's always worse when I use "real world weather - every 15 mins" but not so much when I use static real world weather. I use a fresh install of the sim, then the patch, then the Uk2000 scenerys. I think the latter has a great part to do with it

jamman.
The just flight add on airports vol 5 that caused the problem, has 2 parts to it,so you have to deselect them both, one shows as west, and just below you will see one for the afcad files,i think the missmatch is between the afcad files, and the airport position for that disc, but which airport to which afcad file,is actually causeing the problem,i do not know,as vol 5 covers quite a few airports.
regards alan.

A bit of light at the end of the tunnel methinks.
Cuz(his nickname's "Ditch" on account of the number of R/C model a/c's he's bent
)has just phoned and told me he thinks it's to do with some Scottish scenery as it only happens when he creates a flight "Oop north".It seems if he bumbles around the South or Wales then it don't happen.
Hhmmmmmmmm.I'll have to have a look at his scenery folder and see if he's got something duplicated.
Thanks for your replies lads.
With what he's just told me and what you guys have said about duplicates it sounds like he's got a double install of something in Scotland.I know he's got some stuff installed up there.
Cheers,Miggers :-({|=

Just been yapping to cuz.
I instructed him on how to open up the programme files so that we could have a look at his scenery folder.
What do we find?,sure enough he'd some scenery duplicated in the add-on scenery folder.
He'd got the three Scottish airports scenery(Benbecula,Stornoway and er........t'other one)duplicated.
I told him to de-select 'em all and have a go.
I await his reply.
