Ive no idea, I just loaded the default flight in order to view some tweeks I made to a paintjob, looked behind me and saw that! As I rushed to get into the air and take a pic I didnt even have time to turn on the nav lights.
Ive never seen anything like it and so far I have been unable to recreate it.
Probs just another case of FS9 going to hell in a handbasket.
