We don't Kevin but the whole point is access to information on a 'need to know' basis. All members of the Armed Forces are required to sign, Policemen and women sign.. even Postmen have to sign to name but a few. There are many things that, taken on their own can be considered mundane, day to day but all depend on the sphere of knowledge

Printers have to sign a disclosure of information agreement.
Sensitive things are often seen and the need to print before official announcements etc.
No big deal.......what's at work stays at work, that's about it really
