We had a very similar situation whilst flying on the RAFvirtual server. A B707 was in the same position with a L1011. Very strange!

Have a look at this, I landed behind a Baron and parked next to him. Whilst I was looking where to fly next on the map a Piper Cherokee decided he wanted the same parking spot

I get the same when EGCC is going from the 24 end. Planes just park up at the end of the runway, inside each other, and don't go! ATC seems to know they exist - it will call me to stop to let them pass on the taxiway. But they never take off. I end up taking to the grass!

All with the Tantris AI installed... Might be time to wipe it all out and start over.

I just use the traffic tools menu to delete the offenders.
