Cheers Robin
Nope nothing dampens his enthusiasm - at 3 years old hes already becoming a bit of an expert - wants to go see the "yellow biplanes" - the Stearman that are always parked on static display at Nellis - this year his favorites were Glacier Girl - which he showed the pilot his P38 (cast corgi version taken to the show) and the UH60 that does a static spot there every year ( this is the second year hes wound up in the cockpit holding collective and cyclic correctly much to the amusement of the crew) And when everyone was moving away to escape the F86s noise when it taxied in he was on my shoulders againts the fences waving to the pilot like a madmen seems the smell of Avjet and the sound of turbines are in his blood (its a genetic thing)
Thank you all for letting me vent - its been annoying me for the last two weeks - along with a couple of Allegiant guys who were also there. How aer we supposed to get the next generation interested if they are trampled under foot?
Cheers
