The reason G-APTH was red was probably its ex BEA livery. I remember it with G-AKFB, at Gatwick Beehive I think.

Given the passage of time, I have just checked - yes, Gatwick in August 1964.

Tks for that James..

Last I saw what that he was pulling the plug on his site and that what was there was going to be available for a limited time only. Nice to hear he's braved the storm. That's where I pulled the Brantly from too :wink: A nice UK reg would be good mind you :think:

Where did you get the PTH paint from ??

All Autair did was take off the BEA squares and that was it - they kept it at LTN along with a bunch of 47Gs .
