But overall it doesn't look too bad (certainly better than my Seahawk does at the moment  ) and there is also the possibility of a little reverse engineering to produce a Seafire XV and even a Spitfire XII!!
Oh yes, there's a good idea! The XII has always been one my fave Spitfire Marks. Sort of low level hot rod of its time........
There's a Seafire XV at Yeovilton of course but modelling a XV opens up the 'was there a cowling bulge on a XV' question again. Yeovilton's sample doesn't have one, but Spitfire XIIs did and some photos of XVs show them clearly.
Shouldn't the lighter grey on the XVII be Sky though? Ito San makes the same mistake with his Wyvern and Gannets.

Yes, it should be. I'm going to try to knock up a quick SX336 repaint, then I'll load it up and see how it looks in game.

SX336,SX336   Yes please Mr Andy G.I reckon that'd be a nice tribute to the labour of love that is SX336.
Has anyone been on Key Aviation Forums and seen Mark12's pictures of her when he recovered her from Warrington in '73?
I'd imagine the Spit XII flown on "full realism" would be quite a handfull!!!
