Well put Garry.
I like constructive criticism.
Was working on 3D tints tonight.
Will have too make engines a bit darker at bottom.
Still getting used to corel draw transparency issues instead of using layers in Photoshop as with Fsim techniques.
1st trial Air France:

Hi amo
Thank you for accepting it in the vein it was intended.
I really didn't want to seem critical....just supportive.
It will be a case of trial and error and building up a feel for the job which comes with practice and a lot of hard work which you are more than willing to put in.
Good luck
Garry

Can everyone help me with the Air France A320 website page.
It looks great on my pC at home I have a 128mb Graphics card but an older monitor - but at work I have a 64mb Graphics card and a brand new 19in Flat screen monitor. At work it looks very wishy washy with reference to Garry's earlier comments but at home with the better graphics card the white fuselage looks great.
All comments welcome.
Cheers

Garry,
have changed background to a light grey and added shadows/3d effect.
Is it still wishy washy?

Looks more obvious on my screen, I think it could be improved by dulling down the panel lines a fair bit and "beefing up" the shading, perhaps also adding a bit mroe shading near the top of the fuselage... jsut very subtle though. Just my two pence worth though, I wouldnt even know where to begin. Still looks very accurate, either way

Hi amo
A bit but along the lines I think of Tobys comment..sort of I feel the whole aeroplane would benefit by being a little darker with as Toby mention bolder detail on panels and shade/toning.
Of course this is just my opinion based on what I see on my set up.

Thanks for the comments Guys

Garry & Toby (and anyone else)
Thanks for the comments - been working away with shading/backgrounds tonight.
Have added shading to all fuselage top & bottom & engines for Adria,Finnair, Spanair, Swiss etc and looks ok on my pc at home.
Have also added shading on tail - is more prominent on Callie as dark tail.
Still to have a go on BA Landor but Corel draw went phut 2 minutes ago.
Will have a look on pc at work 2morrow.
Adria has white and grey backgrounds for comparison (on my pc the shading is better on white background!) :
I seem to have lost the winglets!!!!!

Have also stuck a monster Air France A320 on Homepage to see what it looks like (only 270k though - looks good on my pc!)

thanks for all your help

The Air France is definitely coming on now, I see the panel lines have been made subtler which is good. The only thing I'd say now is that it does look a little grey (which might not be too far from the truth for Air France

), any chance you could increase the contrast of the shading (so its a bit darker ear the fuse edges and near as damn it brilliant white about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way up the fuse? I think that would finish it off and I would criticise no more
