I couldn't think of the actual details....But I knew it wasn't British as such

The banning in France whilse still allowed in England still seems to stick.

What I ment was the link was about a British one!! And about
the ones built in England!!

I think the problem was the the front wing is the elevator!!
Brads Dad was telling me that Ultralites have the same
problem, the wing stalls at a speed above a certian
point!!
