And Lawrence Wacketts' Commonwealth Aircraft Company (CAC) in Australia used it as the base for a modified model known as the Wirraway,
and the later Boomerang.

I see what you are saying Pete but DHC and Canadair are not accepted as British.
So I based that comment on that.
If it were down to numbers used in the UK then Cessnas and Pipers would be as well
Personally I would accept aircraft like the Canadair Four as British even more so the CL-44 and Argus which were based on the Britannia but it is not here.:sad:
