Chris - I'll try and get hold of Bob Dennard tonight
Actually "LIEF" .... the names "MARK" .... not "CHRIS"

Anyway .... YEAH .... thanks for doing that and let me know his response .... because I'm darned keen to see IAS represented.

I remember we had them come through NZAA with G-BSKY on one occasion only during mid 1979. Never ....ever .... saw them again after that though.

Sorry about that I was going through about 50 DVRs trying to find the
original paint scheme - yep 1979 was about the time the finally vanished
mores the pity - All I need is a CL44 in IAS colours to complete my dance card I already have HBIEN the Vlaair 44 that flew for IAS

Garry,

Agreed - looks like it became G-BETJ (for Transmeridian Air Cargo) and rotted at Stansted until scrapped according to ATDB.

So Mark (MRAK  ) is correct.

"CLEAN" .... or ...."DIRTY" .... whatever's easiest and most practical .... I really don''t mind.

The most important this is to have that aircraft represented in an inventory that's far less difficult to search for and is much more easily accessed by anyone interested .... and I knoow there are fol out there who are "VERY INTERESED"

"THANKS AGAIN"

Guys try and swing it if you can.

I'd love a UK registered Diesel 8 in my fleet.

I've looked at the HJG one's many time but just couldn't bring myself to go for one as there were no UK registered ones available.
