Agree with many comments. I don't feel there is a need to clean up old accounts, but as far as the b-day threads, if someone has not logged in a long time I don't think there is a need to extend a birthday greeting they probably will never see. Personally I usually dont comment on the b-day threads unless I feel I know them.
