I've got some Blacksticks Blue (my local Co-Op seems to have stopped stocking Stilton), a Camembert and a mature Cheddar.

Belated greetings Kevin. For all you cheese fans (like me) may I recommend getting a copy of’A Cheesemongers’s History of the British Isles’ by Ned Palmer, ISBN 9781788161176. It was a recent Sunday Times book of the year and I’m reading it at the moment.
