The best of luck Nigel and a speedy recovery. Hopefully your health will be much improved after your stents.

Good luck Nigel, Stents are OK, just take it very easy for at least 6 months after having any stents - I ruined my back being too energetic strimming after my stents!

All the best Nigel. I thought my 4 hours in an A&E corridor followed by another 4 in a chair was pretty good going but your 15 hours beats me hands down!

Hope it all works out for you.

Firstly many thanks for your words of support and encouragement, TBH, after 2 heart attacks in as much as 2 days and being more severe than my first one 10 years ago, your words really helped me.

Had the angioscopy this morning and it became a bit of a problem for the medical team but after an hour and a half they had managed to put a stent in a collapsed artery of me poorly ticker! :excited:

Now me poorly ticker is ticking quite happily and the other arteries can be left alone but only through medication.

Guess I will have to take things a bit easy for now but, once again, many thanks for all your words of encouragement

Regards Nigel

Congrats! It is remarkable what they can do nowadays. Had my stent 5 years ago and was amazed to be able to watch the process. Not so long ago they would have had to open us up. 6 weeks of rest ahead of you. How lovely
