No I am not into cryptic crosswords. A time thing really. In my first job we used to do a subject to death with puns as a form of banter so I picked it up from there. However I had an English Lecturer who gave me a love of words and got a failing pupil a Grade 1 O level English Langusage in one and a half terms. So that helped together with a dreadful dry sense of humour.

Japanese thieves broke into a distillery, one said to the other "Is this Whisky?"

"Yes, but not as whisky as wobbing a bank!"

Nice one Ady that had me laughing.

Meant entirely as a complement Simon - had to read it a couple of times to get it (thinking... there's a joke in there somewhere).

Thank you Ady. I don't think I will progress down that path further at the moment.

The actual story is true. Up until the pun. Which is in fact that is what I said to my wife.
