Hello Matey :hello:

Sri.. work intervened and spoiled things a little! Rgr that ;) It is the best Bell47 available though it may of course be the only 47 available. No.. I know of at least one other but it may be FS9 and/or ported to FSX. I wish it were to the same standard as either Milviz or Nemeth (exempting Nemeths current as real as it gets (NOT) FD's). It deserves to be done well as does the Alouette. Both types found their way to the UK and did sterling work for a long time :cpu:

Ro.. I've got the Puma paint ready. One question before I upload it. The real aircraft has a 'thing' sticking out the LH side of the boom. I honestly don't know what it is.. none of the Nemeth models have this feature. I can 'paint it in' if you like or leave it as you see above. Let me know one way or the other ;)
EDIT#1: Ro.. I've added the sticky out thingy on another map so if you want it, just rename the map and use the other map (having renamed that one too). I'll upload it tomorrow (Sunday) ;)

EDIT#2: Paul.. PCA.au.com are currently selling the 47 for $24.95AUD and JF are selling it for £16.99. More palatable? *-)

Dave,
I would've voted for the path of least work, but as it is I'll try both when I have the time. Just happy to have another gorgeous scheme in which I can fly this beautiful bird ...

Thanks for taking the time to release this one,
regs,
ro

More, but not quite enough yet. I'd like to see it nearer £10. Thanks for the info. :)

Agree mate.. closer to a tenner reflects better the models worth ;)

For Ro (and anyone else wanting the Puma paint).. I've uploaded it HERE

Drop this into your ND_as332bw folder then add the included cfg entry and Bob's your uncle :) 2x '03' maps are included.. the default includes the red boom device. If you don't want to see this.. use the file ec225_e03_t_nodevice.dds, adding something suitable to the other e03_t.dds (t_device would be good) and removing _nodevice from the _nodevice.dds file ;)

British Airways Helicopters BKZH is coming on nicely although I'm hampered by bends in the model which show the textures a little odd at certain angles. I'll try and iron them out :cpu:

I think it's about done now. There are still a couple of things I'm not sure of but without photographic evidence.. I can't confirm them.

If anyone wants it, I'll upload it :)

Cheers Nige

I've not felt like painting anything in ages but I got so fed up with buying stuff, this (and the others I've done) seemed a suitable alternative. It's a lot cheaper too
